Everything you need to know about ordering, pickup, shipping, and how we raise your food.

Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

Yes — creating a free account is quick and lets you track your orders, manage delivery preferences, and stay updated as new products become available. Create one here.

When do I need to place my order?

Orders placed by midnight on Sunday ship out that same week. Plan ahead and you’ll never miss a delivery.

Can I request specific cuts or custom orders?

We don’t offer custom cuts at this time, but we’re always expanding our product selection. Create an account to be notified when new products are available.

Pickup & Farmstand

How does farmstand pickup work?

Our farmstand is located on the farm in Salem, NJ. Eggs and honey are always available — just stop by and pay using our honor system. No appointment needed for those.

What about meat pickup?

Meat pickup at the farmstand is by appointment. Place your order online and we’ll coordinate a pickup time that works for you.

Shipping & Delivery

How do you keep my order cold during shipping?

We ship in insulated Cold Keeper boxes packed with dry ice to keep your meat frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. Box size and insulation vary depending on your order size to ensure everything stays properly frozen. We also include a frozen gel pack as an added layer of protection. Your order will arrive frozen and ready to go straight into your freezer.

  • Open the box carefully — dry ice can cause skin irritation if handled directly
  • Use gloves or a towel to handle any remaining dry ice
  • Place your meat directly in the freezer or refrigerator

How is my order shipped?

We ship in insulated packaging with dry ice to keep everything cold and fresh during transit. Your order arrives ready to refrigerate or freeze.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — local delivery is available in addition to nationwide shipping. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available to you.

Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide. Local delivery is also available for customers in our area.

Our Products

Are your products certified organic?

We are not certified organic, but our farming practices go beyond a label. Our animals are pasture-raised using regenerative agriculture principles — no added hormones, no routine antibiotics, and a low-stress environment designed by two veterinarians. We’re happy to answer any questions about how your food is raised.

What does pasture-raised mean?

It means our animals live outside on grass, with room to move and express natural behaviors. They are not confined in feedlots. Pasture-raised animals are healthier, less stressed, and produce better-tasting meat.

What does regenerative agriculture mean?

Regenerative agriculture focuses on farming practices that improve the land over time rather than depleting it. We use rotational grazing to build healthier soil, support biodiversity, and create more resilient pastures — year after year.
