Try apple cider glaze, mustard cream sauce, or a cherry-port reduction. Avoid overcooking! The natural marbling keeps them juicy at medium. Pair with caramelized apples, roasted Brussels sprouts, creamy grits, or sweet potato mash for a comforting meal that celebrates old-fashioned pork at its finest.
Our pastured pigs live joyfully on open farmland where they can root, forage, and explore to their hearts' content. They spend their days turning over soil, munching on grasses, acorns, and insects, and wallowing in mud to stay cool. These intelligent, social animals form close bonds, play together, and express their natural behaviors freely. With plenty of space, fresh air, and the freedom to be curious and active, our pigs enjoy a life of contentment and natural abundance.
