Our eggs come from Rhode Island Red hens raised cage-free right here on our farm in Salem, NJ. Rhode Island Reds are a hardy, dual-purpose heritage breed known for consistent, high-quality egg production and a calm temperament.

Our hens live cage-free with room to move, scratch, and forage in their coop and run area, never confined to a cage. They're fed a balanced diet with no added hormones, and the result is fresh, flavorful eggs with rich, deep orange yolks you won't find in a store-bought carton.
