Our pork comes from Berkshire heritage breed pigs raised on pasture right here on our farm in Salem, NJ. Berkshire is widely considered the gold standard of heritage pork — prized by chefs and serious home cooks alike for its exceptional marbling, rich flavor, and tender, juicy texture. Often described as the “Wagyu of pork,” Berkshire consistently delivers an eating experience that commercial pork simply cannot match.
Our Berkshires live on pasture where they can root and explore freely, as pigs are meant to do. They receive a grain-based ration to meet their full nutritional needs — no added hormones, no routine antibiotics, just honest pork raised with the same care and veterinary expertise we bring to everything on this farm.
