Grass Fed Lamb

Our lamb comes from Cheviot-cross sheep raised on pasture here in Salem, NJ. Cheviots are a hardy, classic meat breed prized for producing well-muscled, flavorful lamb with a clean, mild taste. Like all our animals, our sheep live outside on pasture their entire lives, with grain added during finishing for excellent body condition and flavor. Available in a variety of cuts as well as house-made sausage. If you think you don't like lamb, ours might change your mind.
