Pasture Raised Chicken

Our chickens are Cornish Cross birds raised on pasture right here on our farm in Salem, NJ. From the moment they’re old enough to go outside, our birds have access to fresh pasture where they can move freely, scratch, and forage in the sunshine — a world apart from how conventionally raised chicken is produced.

Cornish Cross is the gold standard for meat chickens, known for its broad breast, tender meat, and excellent flavor. Raised on pasture with a balanced grain ration and no added hormones or routine antibiotics, our birds finish at 4 to 5 pounds — the ideal size for a family roast chicken or a variety of cuts.
