Grass Fed Beef

Our beef comes from Hereford-Angus cross cattle raised right here on our farm in Salem, NJ. This cross is highly regarded by farmers and chefs alike — combining the Hereford's exceptional marbling and docile temperament with the Angus breed's rich flavor and excellent beef conformation. Our cattle live on pasture their entire lives, with grain added during the finishing phase to ensure consistent marbling and outstanding eating quality. No added hormones, no routine antibiotics — just honest beef raised the way it should be, by a family who knows animals inside and out.
